...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of problems and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is quite low and career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I feel better working with Patel . All employees and staffs are helpful and they treat with nice gesture.

Dislikes

Late salary and late promotion. Very less increment in salary. Remote working locations. Less facilities provided to lower level staff. Fooding facilities is bad for lower staff

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

after my studies, this was the job which was interesting for me working on ships, vessels, sea going trollers, dredgers etc etc.. so the experience was unique and fantastic.

I like the working environment and senior official are helpful in nature. It's a great plateform for learning and growing in engineering field.

there is a delay in salary every month means you will not got the salary timely.
