Work from home was good but then I had to move to office.

...d me to join from office in Gurugram otherwise I'll have to leave the company. I was with the company for 2 years and never got the salary hike. When I asked them about the annual salary hike first they told me that market was down then after few months the CEO of the company Nitin Bansal told me that he was not increasing my salary because he is not satisfied by my work that's why he has not increased my salary.

It is a service base company so you have to work on client side and get chances to improve yourself with clients senior. If client senior are hamble

Salary on time. Work from home. You have to give interviews before every project which will improve your interview skills.

Dislikes

Low/no appraisal. Very less salary. You Will have to give interviews before you have been assigned to client project and once client is done with you then you again have to give lots of interviews before starting on another project. Client can call you to work from office suddenly and you have to relocate on your expenses if you are from different state. Once you resign company will do everything to deduct you notice period salary during full and final settlement.

Giving 1 star because giving 0 stars is not possible. Horrible company. They gave me a laptop which was so dirty, that I had to clean hair of previous person who had used it and was not even formatted properly. They have very poor working hours. Their client forces you to come to office and the idiot manager will gossip all the time and will force you to work longer hours. I asked the CEO of the company for the change of manager, instead he started yelling at me. CEO is just a person trying to fool you. He will say we are a developer friendly company etc, but don't fall in his trap. Beware of these SCAMMERS. They do not provide travelling reimbursement. Terrible experience. Don't ever work here. Glad to leave this place.

Management needs improvement and There must be kind of training of sessions that will help developers to grow their skils etc.
