Training was simply great, experience with cases was really good and ayurvedic medicine in lowest cost was really appreciated but some of the important stuff missed for manufacturer.

...n city with this salary coz Jan Salary will come in March Feb Salary in Apr.. Even a sales coordinator get the salary on-time but a doctor will not get it after one month of waiting ( in chikitsalaya dont know about mega stores ). They don't even respond to a doctor if we have any doubts in technicalities or attendance or a mail etc.. They don't even know which mail should send to whom... Like they send campaigning pamphlet, banner, etc to a doctor and No information to the so called sanchalak ( store owner ). No information to a doctor or store owner regarding new product launches or CME or conferences.. Hello.. one more thing I forgot is Doctor should help store runner to count products monthly month-end sales... I can do but other doctors will not count products which will not belongs to them and that's none of our business and along with that we will get a bonus in the form of leniency with store owner to show their attitudes towards a doctor. Simply you have to do seva no expectations and no questions asked and no question regarding increments. You should reach your target 350 patients., in a month, if not 12.5 % cut in your Salary. I didn't get my salary fully till now. Important thing is that they will not give any service certification.

Training was good, treatment line is excellent, salary is OK types.

Dislikes

Job security is poor, but before they through you out I make sure that a good doctor will give resigne like me max on 1.5yrs because I personally don't like that places where you have to sacrifices with my self respect and my self dignity . They don't treat a doctor as a doctor.

They are giving quickly job to vaidya,, that's good for those persons who are waiting for government vacancies nd private job.good point,,and they don't clear things at time of joining..

Salary is less,, they should increase salary,bcoz In metro cities can't afford things in this salary. They should have think about salary ..

Patanjali yog peeth haridwar is a excellent work place, veri nice culture environment. India 's no 1 work place, yoga & very good Ayurved treatment & pachkarma mega store & Patanjali yog peeth hospital.
