...eammates are very helpful..There is no politics spl in our team of South mumbai. Company is good for salary. But personally I think there is no life in patanjali for employees in long run.

There is proper management in the company spl in production department..More importantly there should be proper team of marketing. Sales team are very strong but marketing team are not so positive .

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a hung cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners.

In this company I never feel any type of pressure as like other companies as a sales person.

Patanjali Ayurveda Pvt Ltd company is not provides a good salary of the employee. In my 7 months experience as a sales representative company is not provide travel allowance that's why now I want to resign from the company.

Not systematic, no any growth opportunity,salary growth is nill.

Higher managment is not aware of the reality of the market, cant take any decisions, in many states company is run by the decisions taken by the owners of super stockists, All benefits are only given to the managers, retailers, distributors and down line employs are completely unhappy.
