...dn't even give us FnF. My PL encashment also is left but they are not giving me. Salary also got deducted. they said PL encashment won't affect much as it is approx 1200... but If you fired an employee every count of his/her benefits are important to him/her. They gave another chance to us to get hired in their known companies where the other companies didn't even have requirement... They just did the formality of they are placing us somewhere else. They even didn't give me the salary slip of a month when I got appraisal. They said it has so many calculations and refused to give.

...wnership. The fact that we are allowed to speak our mind makes us feel welcomed. The compensation is fair enough as per industry standards.

Being a startup, there is still a lot of structure building to be done in various areas but we are working towards it by getting there with the right talent and right policies in place.

The work environment at Pataa navigation is collaborated and supported. I have opportunity to work with talented & motivated colleagues. the company culture encourage knowledge sharing, creativity and continues learnings, which has contributed to my personal and professional growth.

Great owners that care about their people. Great work life balance. Excellent people to work with. The company is self funded and in the black. Leadership' push for continuous improvement processes, metrics, bonuses and new benefits is great.

I really appreciated the company's positive culture. The people I worked with were generally friendly and supportive, and there was a great sense of teamwork and collaboration within the company. There were also some significant downsides to working at this company. One of the biggest issues was the poor upper management. There were some clear communication issues within the leadership team, which often led to confusion and frustration among the employees. Additionally, the wages at the company were not competitive with other businesses in the industry, which made it difficult for me to feel valued and motivated in my work. Finally, the company did not offer significant raises, which made it difficult for me to see a long-term future at the company.
