I really appreciated the company's positive culture. The people I worked with were generally friendly and supportive, and there was a great sense of teamwork and collaboration within the company. Additionally, the company placed a strong emphasis on employee well-being, with regular training and professional development opportunities provided. Dislikes

There were also some significant downsides to working at this company. One of the biggest issues was the poor upper management. There were some clear communication issues within the leadership team, which often led to confusion and frustration among the employees. Additionally, the wages at the company were not competitive with other businesses in the industry, which made it difficult for me to feel valued and motivated in my work.
