The company itself is great, but the work culture is toxic—dominated by politics and favoritism. It feels like a single team, mainly from North East, is controlling the entire Pasona. This no longer feels like a Japanese company it’s more like a North East organization. Management appears to believe that two senior North East employees can handle everything, while the rest are sidelined and undervalued. In this organization, seasoned professionals are reporting to less qualified juniors due to blatant favoritism

There's too much workplace politics, with clear favoritism toward one team. They get all the best job orders, while others face unfair treatment. One team is constantly encouraged, while the rest are demotivated.

Working at Pasona is great. The company supports my growth and create a positive environment. They care about employee well-being and offer many opportunities. I enjoy being a part of a team that values doing good work and always getting better.
