As a 4 year old employee of this company, i have experienced firsthand how the culture has declined over the time.favouritism is very evident especially with a clear bias towards employees from the northeast who are often seen as the only ones fit to lead. Other are made to feel are outsider and less capable. What’s even more disappointing is that top management has not addressed these concerns or shown any willingness to improve the situation. It creates a toxic environment where many feel unheard and demotivated.

The company itself is great, but the work culture is toxic—dominated by politics and favoritism. It feels like a single team, mainly from North East, is controlling the entire Pasona. This no longer feels like a Japanese company it’s more like a North East organization. Management appears to believe that two senior North East employees can handle everything, while the rest are sidelined and undervalued. In this organization, seasoned professionals are reporting to less qualified juniors due to blatant favoritism

I am beyond frustrated with how management plays favorites, giving all the support to certain people and one team, while the rest of us are left to fend for ourselves. It’s impossible to get respect or guidance here. The constant politics, lack of support, and disrespect make this place feel like a nightmare. It’s clear that the management doesn’t care about anyone but themselves, and it’s breaking everyone down.

No offence to anyone's perspective, but I'm also working in the same organization as individual contributor, and I have found the management to be very supportive. If you perform well, the company is willing to provide good incentives and increments. Unfortunately a few non performers try to portray a negative image of the organization, possibly to deflect from their own shortcomings.
