They have not even bothered to check the well being of their staff. Forget about the salary. They haven't paid salaries of the staff since last year . Forget the covid period

Dislikes

There is no motivation and team spirit is just nil. Salaries haven't been raised for the last 10 yrs.. No innovations . Yes but flexibility in time was there

The overall work help me to learn many things which are not covered in engineering syllabus. The environment of organization is very supportive and also encouraging. We have done many mistakes while working but the head person always improve our mistakes and support us with our work.

Dislikes

There is nothing which I can dislike while working with the organization as my experience is not so vast.
