Environment and culture with good work, supportive management & teammates , company policies are good, & good salary hike and bonus every year.

Systematic system are not OK, Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

For learning perspective, Parle is good organization, working culture is excellent top management is very supportive, except on top level, their salary structure is not as good as other fmcg organization are offering. Though no more work pressure every employee is well aware about his responsibility .

...we plan and it result in expiry of stock which later hold claims of distributor. Moral of the story is they don't get distributor easily in the market due to bad reputation, under cutting, security deposit, false commitment and unnecessary stock loading to show primary number. When senior jobs are on stake they easily but blame on to there juniors. Politics is at another level. Last thing want to say don't join this organisation of you don't want to make your life hell.

Work life balance is good. Ontime salary Good medical policy Increments are reasonable. Not low or not high. Can consider to work as long as you see growth

Promotions are hard to get Old school process in certain areas People driven instead of process driven Adoption of new technology is slow Need new talents to improve the culture
