No incentives, no systematic works, Cannot take samples from company. No Headoffice visits. No employee satisfaction in terms of perks and benefits. No vacation tour by the company not even once a year. No Gifts on festivals to the lower level employees.

Company expectations It's simple and understandable. Like work is not complicated. Overall my company work experience is safety to career growth.

Career growth is very slow, salary and incentives are very low as per industry. If it is a sales officer category job then company should must revise compensation because they have all the expectation from Growth officer/executive.

Everything. Very less salary as per standard. Unnecessary Work pressure. No balance in work . Very less TADA. No HR policy. Poor management. No support from senior's.
