Unwanted cp billing, The product which sells less has more pressure, 5,6 focus sku , Product is launched without discussion with the sales team , The company should also conduct a survey of the channel partner

Poor Culture, Seniors treat reporting employee as their servants. Gives slangs in front of fellow employees and in Market. No role of HR, only new hirings or releaving. No market instruments. No recognition. No new opportunity to current employees.

No incentives, no systematic works, Cannot take samples from company. No Headoffice visits. No employee satisfaction in terms of perks and benefits. No vacation tour by the company not even once a year. No Gifts on festivals to the lower level employees.
