I have been working here since last 11 years. The management has helped me in my difficult times, time and again. I am indebted towards them for a kind gesture during my daughter's marriage. The relation with the management is not only monetary. They treat us like a part of their family. On work front they are very specific for punctuality. Nowadays, there is fad for quick growth amongst youngsters. But I have found worth for my loyalty towards the Company. The work performance speaks for itself and under performance also is brought to notice. There are disputes with the seniors also, but I personally keep in mind the work culture of this Company. There are some bad phases also, but it does not take away the positive points about the Company. I have grown both monetarily and designation wise in my time of service.

I will not say dislike but the management is specific about timings.

I like the most while working at Park Retail marketing, i have all work freedom. Director was intiating me in every work regaring employees. Also facilities in company was so appreciable. Employee gets impressing looking Park office. It was decent.

Dislikes

Appraisals are not doing in time.
