Low compensation for the work stress..misusing the polite employees especially if the employees obey them much..no budget planning among the top management ,no proper coordination and blaming the team for management mistakes..family business company.. special relaxation like Holidays and work time flexibility for their relative employees.

This company offers everyone a chance to learn a lot. Having an educational background of Electronics and Communication Engg., and a 3 months course in Dotnet, this is the place where I learnt MSSQL, MYSQL, Javascript, JQuery, AngularJS, etc. Moreover, the environment is good, you feel like family, afternoon lunch is provided and the work culture is also excellent.

Dislikes

Sometimes work might pile up and you need to stay late to complete it. You won't be alone, there will always be a project manager or any other senior person to stay with you and help you,and make sure you reach home safely.
