Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I have left this organization july 31. I have received mail from hr on 3rd August regarding my full and final but till know I have not received my salary as well as expenses. Several times I have talk to Mr. Zulfi Parekh regarding this but there is no revert from there side also I don't know if a employee has left the organization why his salary and expenses are on hold .

Dislikes

I have submitted the Noc letter of both the distributors I was handling even then Co. haven't settled my full and final it's been 6 months I am waiting for that . I have family and I don't know when a employee work for more then 2 years in Co. What kind of work culture is that total pathetic Co. To work for even my RSM Mr. Neeraj Dogra is waiting for his full and final.
