Each one is there very very bad, like appointment letter, salary, salary slip,work Life balance, policy, work culture, job security etc. It's chandi chawk standard company like Chinese's electronic goods (use & throw). Totally waste of time, money, effort and growth. They intentionally cut salary of every month to save their personal expenses. There are fake technology and commitment like cheating company. Only one company but different name to display. There employees are less than employer. They humiliated intentionally each and every employee on every time. There have no rules and never give you last month salary after your resignation. So, don't join there and also inform others.

Nothing positive. It is a fraud company. Targeting businessman to invest and make them their franchise and then not giving them product. They are misleading franchise. Kind of high level cheat fund

Fraud company. Salary not provided after months. No F&F policy. No legal documents. Mis management. Cheating people. This company and traxsmart /venera software Pvt Ltd are same...they are using different name. These 3 companies are under one management.

...ANKIT BAJAJ is a worst ceo I have ever seen in my entire 15 years of experiance. The company has a habit of holding your salary without any reasons. You need to literally beg infront of the CEO to get the salary. Ankit Bajaj does not carry a good reputation in the business market. He is known for his fraudlent behaviour. My recommendation- Not to join this company under any circumstances.

...g jobs. Few dislikes are highlited in bullet points :- 1) - Worst work culture 2)- High chances of not getting salary , especially in sales. 3) - Uncouth behaviour by the CEO towards the employee. He thinks that all the employees are his slave. 4)- Fraud - Specially Parchai is a fraud company. Taken huge amount of money from all franchises but no franchise received either stock or recharge value since the agreement.

Dislikes

.... There is no employee policy, no payslip, no pf, no esi, no appointment letter. They hold employee salary without any valid reason. They have appointed an internal spy to watch employee activities. The spy himself make the report of using the washroom count too. Should be available 24/7 to answer in whatsup group. Cant switch off the mobile and internet. The most worst company I have ever worked.

There are nothing to like, everything bad. Management is worsted, they are cheating employees. Overall they are not paying expenses and salaries.

Dislikes

Very very bad company. There are no Appointment letter, PF, ESI, Salary Slips, overall no employee policy. They employed employee to get franchise and to earn from franchise. They are not paying salaries on time. Many times they hold salary without any valid reason. They discharge employee immediate within one hour notice. But if employee want release, employee have to send one month notice to them. They ordered all to keep phone/mobile device ON for 24x7, if found not reachable or OFF they deduct salary. They always misguide the employees in many ways. Strict 6 days work and many times they uses Sunday to take reviews and others, so it is 7 days work. For marketing team they are not providing facility to seat and write, always they make the team running. The marketing team should chat or write office files on road, seating on bike or in train. They uses whatsapp as a reporting medium and second reporting on .xls / .xl files. In a day so many reporting. Higher Designation people are not making calls they ask to call them as they feel that it is insult to call an employee while they are in higher designation. In other way we can say a slavery custom is there. Overall they are not settle down the dues to discharged employees, eg. salary, expenses, TA etc etc. They are not releasing Full and Final paper to discharged employees. They are cheating employees on many ways. BE CAREFUL BEFORE GOING THERE.
