Only thing to like is may be the salary which is mostly on time. Everything comes with job security..one day suddenly you get a call that management has decided to dissolve the post you holding and the management expects you to give a resignation with a one month notice..on reasoning, management says that's because the hospital is not making profits..SO ZERO JOB SECURITY. Salary is on time,10th day of every month. Though one may expect cuts in salary on pretext of minimal profit generation.. One has to really struggle to get N95 masks/protective gears from the management.

No job security..Laying off on pretext of zero profit generation..as if they share profits whenever the hospital generates it..

Salary comes on time only one thing

Dislikes

Work culture is worst, specially Head HR at Srinagar is worst person, use to talk unprofessional talks about religion and always play huge dirty politics. Until you are doing things according to him you are safe (right or wrong no matters) the moment you started doing justice to your position to your organisation, your bad time will start. And they will harass you up to certain level that you have to quit even without other options.

The staff is well qualified and consultants too are helping and help you learn new things

Dislikes

Salary appraisal is just a formality they never increase salary and if they do it is just like a daily wages to a labour working in a coal factory. even after working for 1.5 years they never noticed the efforts and never increase the salary instead they give more preferences to the non medico staff like GRE and other admin staff like doctors rmo and nursing staff has no role 😕

Nothing

Dislikes

Groupism, politics, no appreciation for overwork, salary issue for extra hours, they ask to do morning after night, night after afternoon. No system everything is in mess and one person is picked up by whole management to do witch-hunt and look for his or her errors and get rid of that person while rest of hospital continues mediocre patient service as usual. There’s 16 hour night duty and they call on phone after 16 hour night shift to ask doubts if something is not fine. While at the same time managers favourite employees sit and do nothing and keep on getting employee of the month award. Management keeps looking for ways to deduct your salary. They make you do 16 hour night shift for doctor, is it even legal? They torture you, harass you and make your life hell. Toxic work culture.
