The environment in design dept as well as in other dept is very good . Healthy environment and nice friendly nature.

Dislikes

Hr management and they dont have proper system . They didn't give basic employees benefits and hike on previous job salary .

There is nothing to like about the Company, Management, Professionalism, or anything else, it is simply a waste of time if somebody works here

... employment as no employee benefits, employee welfare to the staff, but yes very much favoritism to 2 or 4 staff Salary is delayed every month till the 10th Very strict environment and the staff is always afraid that seniors will insult It is useless if somebody taking decision to work with this Company

...rom management, he will start torturing that person to leave the job by himself. And there is no PF for many employees, HR gives false commitments, there is no Diwali bonus, and the salary increment is not even 10%.

Company is Good, only Ambernath plant Director Mr. Rajesh Sanghvi is a Third class person in the whole Ambernath plant. Just because of him no any new enployee continues this organization. He Is think that every employee is slave and behave like that. Whenever uneducated person rules the company then definitely that company goes down n Mr. Rajesh Sanghvi is the perfect example of the same. No PF, No Bonus, no any deductions. No growth, no development. Such horrible experience I have served... If you left company then you will get your experience n other certificates after 45 days... no Job security... Don't ever think to join this company specially Ambernath plant... Nerul plant is good than Ambernath....

There is nothing to like about this company. Only Limited from name and just having reputation because of name. inside what is happening no one knows .

No perk and benefits. Basic PF Facility is also not there. They will provide PF without company contribution and with full employee contribution from salary itself . No Medical insurance is there. Fake promises they will give you that we have this this n all and infact nothing they have. They give fake Job description and once you join they will not look into and you'll have to suffer alot. Very unorganised and lack of management company. Freshers should not give an even a try here. You'll not have a technical knowledge growth here. Sat Sunday off fake promise is provided to new joiners and later they come to know its not going to happen. Im working from 4 years. I was too had this all pf and insurance and sat off and about leave promises. Only 8 public holidays they give. 15 Paid leaves for an year you'll get thats very worst thing. No positive response you'll have within moths everyone leaves this company
