I had a challenging experience where, despite being hired, the company faced internal issues and eventually closed down after just five months. This unfortunate situation left me, along with other freshers, in a difficult position as we struggled to secure new opportunities. Company is Good, only Ambernath plant Director Mr. Rajesh Sanghvi is a Third class person in the whole Ambernath plant. Just because of him no any new enployee continues this organization. He Is think that every employee is slave and behave like that. Whenever uneducated person rules the company then definitely that company goes down n Mr. Rajesh Sanghvi is the perfect example of the same. No PF, No Bonus, no any deductions. No growth, no development. Such horrible experience I have served... If you left company then you will get your experience n other certificates after 45 days... no Job security...
