...all production department and the their supervisor are not so good in behaviour. The above level staff is also selfish they use workers like the work for them the overall the management of company is not good and the main point the payment is also done at the mid month and no one take any responsibility about your health and safety also the HR the just listen you and live it there. The experience is so bad 😔

Everything thing their staff behaviour,they not respect any employee. company just want their production but they don't pay their workers as per their work. That's not satisfied. The production department is very cheap level and dirty level.

Senoir support is good. Company growth is very good. Time to time salary is getting on month. New opportunities & knowledge is getting about work. Employee re hire policy is here.

Work time has no limit. Manpower problem. No System about work, material. Not given any appraisation about work. Salary growth is less. Salary policy is not good.

Paranjape Autocast is a large auto parts manufacturing company. The atmosphere in the company is very good. The development of engine parts as well as non engine parts going well so there is a good opportunity to demonstrate performance and learn.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike. Everything is good if there is performance.
