Complete the contract before pandemic, thus i have no clue how it happened.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow or nor. Does not value an individuals unique strength. and it has internal political issues. many losses comes from middle managerial personals and it is covered by top management. this should be correct for company growth.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture and backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

...ompany culture is very good. They sent me many interesting places like Bengluru. At starting they give me salary more than my experience

I had to do a lot of work and instead of that l get very low salery. Sometimes I had to go to work on holidays

You can balance your work life very well. Will get opportunities to learn and express views .

Dislikes

Appraisals are not satisfactory but not tat bad as well. Culture is not up to the due to manufacturing industries.

I like the Design team working there, they were friendly, corporative and very talented in their individual style of working. I also like the company policy and workers behaviour which is very friendly and understanding.

Dislikes

I hate the kind of Design Head who get the position by resources and not because of the Telent and they wanted to be their for life long by not letting anyone to grow and do all the politics to control the Telent by their power and position. Only the person who have the skill of buttering can service, this is so difficult for survival of genuinely talented and hardworking people. So only option for them is to switch silently which is very harmful for the company growth in long terms because these people will eat the companies like termites.
