I joined ParamInfo two years ago as a software trainee but today I am working here as a Senior Tech Lead. All thanks to the good training provided by my manager, who not only trained me in technical skills but also taught me professional skills as well. Since the day I joined the office, I never felt like I should be leaving this workplace. Here people are hired from almost all parts of Dubai and India, and they all maintain a healthy balance of different cultures.

Dislikes

The company's policies are good, they even offer appraisals and provide good salary hike based on performance. Every employee here is provided with bonuses as they complete a year. Overall, ParamInfo has a good work environment and culture.

... is a greedy man who wants to earn every single dirham and suck employees blood. They don't give proper end of service benefits to their consultants and don't pay to consultants if their clients don't pay them.
