Nothing there for which I can mention here likes about parametrique.One of my worst decision to join this company..a bunch of fools are running this firm.Each department has no idea what to do and what is not to do.never ever join it in future.

...hactic schedule. Appraisals are on yearly basis according to your performance. For new joining they provide around 20 percent average hike on their salary. A very good atmosphere for freshers to learn and grow in this company. Trainings are also provided according to requirement, management are very keen interested to work in new field, with new ideas. Salary credit on last working day. Overall work culture is very excellent to work , learn and grow.

Company have good projects including the smart home solutions and FTTX projects. Here there is a good apportunities to learn new things.

Company is irregular to release the payment of vendor which directly affect the current working progress.
