There is no future visibility. Top management is not communicative. They also have funding issues and currently company is not in good shape. PW did a mass layoff just 6 months after tripling their workforce in which they removed mostly everyone from US office and reduced workforce to half in other places.

Learning was good with new technologies and practices. Team culture was good

Lay offs with no severance pay and one month notice period They hired people 2-3 months before mass lay off which was not necessary.

If you are able to take load and you are good in executing you will get both good and some boring working. Be ready to take both can't always get a good work.

It wise to encourage an engineer when some good work is done by appreciating him on the same.
