...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give decent salary hikes and bonuses every year.

Dislikes

There is no future visibility. Top management is not communicative. They also have funding issues and currently company is not in good shape. PW did a mass layoff just 6 months after tripling their workforce in which they removed mostly everyone from US office and reduced workforce to half in other places.

Learning was good with new technologies and practices. Team culture was good

Lay offs with no severance pay and one month notice period They hired people 2-3 months before mass lay off which was not necessary.
