Pros 1). Quality of products is good. 2). Other than that there is nothing to like in this company, I feel it's one of the worst company I have worked so far, nothing to say about such poor Management.

...terrible.Upper management will make sure that your life is extremely hectic. 7). Salary is not on time, TA-DA comes after 3 to 4 month's

This company policies and work culture as wel as management not proper...There is no job security...appraisals not happening on time.... allowance and incentives not getting on time.

While working at parag Milk & Foods ltd. We got an opportunity to learn more in a free environment and support of the seniors and management which feels good and give a courage to take a self decision and prove it.

Free hand given to every employee who is working there. Because of this sm1 can learn things quickly and effectively. Personally I felt the same there and now I can say proudly that how good Parag Milk Foods is.
