Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Not many good personal experiences with the company but got an opportunity to grow professionally.

Dislikes

Mismanagement, management doesn't know how to treat employees, unrealistic expectations, no salary on time, blaming and putting pressure on employees, No ethics, no proper communication, No transparent work culture, Toxic environment, Management don't know t0 value their employees.
