No Likes... Worst company to work. Salary on time.

Worst company i have ever worked. Reasons for rating worse- 1.Every one here is too much overloaded and they expect to submit task on time..and they indirectly expect the employees to do overtime.Everyone in the office is extending their hours by atleast 3-4 hours everyday. 2. No work life balance. 3.Too much politics and micro management. 4. Partiality and very bad company policies...their policies differ as per situations. 4.Still they are using old techniques and old technologies. 5.No job security as any time they can fire you immediately for no reason without asking you to serve notice period.

Likes

The work environment is good. Management people are quite nice.

Dislikes

Salary benifit is not what you expect. Some of the team work culture is very moderate. And the standard employee work recognising in paperchase is not good. You will work hard but you will not recognise or not even get rewarded for your work. Above scenario is not for all the team at paperchase but some of the team at paperchase.

First of all Thank You Paperchase Accountancy and UK Management for Job security. Feeling good from WFH culture. but someteam mate not supportive in this pendamic and not using his brain as per his designation they are working like dependent and this is very rediculas. Company's policies are good but they have to think about appraisal for person who has support to client during this Covid-19 pendamic.

I am not getting resonable salary as per my work allocation and what & how i am delivering my quality work. Company and management should have to use proper method for appraisal for quality candidates.

In app development team, PM & AM do not admit their mistake, they have too much ego. Both of them do not have manners of talking with employee. Assistant managers hide his mistake & put blame on subordinate. Human Resource team rarely respond to query.

Project Manager & HR Manager play double standard. I have seen, if project manager don't like employee then they gave more work load and insult them to terminate them. They shout & force employee to resign. They don't give notice period when terminating employment. Then why in offer letter they promise that if company terminate they will notice period ? They don't give reason of termination in written. But if employee resign they want them to serve notice period provide KT.
