In service only teams meeting happens, employee have to work late-night wheather they have work or not manager will give employee some stupid task to do ..all service team employees are not doing job they only saving there job only.

Not recommended for work here in anchor division specially in project business B2B sales very pathetic bosses and poor work culture please don't work here.

need improvement in case of increment, promotion, and skill development plans. if you are buttering your boss only you can be promoted. no matter what is the actual output.

Everything is very well. Company HR policy is very good. Increment Salary Credited in April Month. This is first organisation for me where Increment Salary Credited in April.

...g is dislike. But one thing in this organisation is maintaining Grade Pay Scale. If your Salary was low in last organisation and Designation was high as per salary then your designation will decrease due Grade Pay Scale of Panasonic. Other dislike points is 90 days notice period form Executive and Manager. Executive notice period should be 30 days.

In thus crisis company stood behind emoloyees and their family's by not deducting salary and passing all the benifits like Bonus, Variable pay. It is honoured for me that I am belongs to Panasonic Family.
