Am very impressed founder words and product is quality also very good earlier but politics is very high.as per performance they are not working. They will work only egos.

Politics is very high.As per policys they are not working. HO team not bothered about ground level team. After sending mails they are not responding. HR team is not having clarity. What ever they given communications one and implementation is different.

The only thing to like about PAVCI us some of the policies & leaves.

Dislikes

The company does work as the main company as this is the sister company & there are a lot of scopes to improve in terms of culture especially.

PAVCI supports the employees for their good ideas. Work environment had been good. Management is quality conscious.

Dislikes

Growth in business had been less. Working environment in last 2 years deteriorated, so the work-life balance and job security.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
