Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? .... They don't care about you they just only wants from you to complete your work. They will not pay you extra is you overtime and they expect you to use your own money from transportation is you are working late and there are lot of issue which i don't think I'm explain is comment.
