..., not expecting someone to help on each moment, helps in a fast track growth. Well, the growth (in terms of the package) is not seen until now but it's better to have a job rather than hitting the dark zone in this Pandemic.

Won't be calling a dislike of mine, but it's a startup, so more or less you have to be a bit on your own rather than expecting a spoon feed on everything.

Dislikes

No long term project for QA. Project is searched after the recruitment of employee. You expected to have all the skils customer uses. And forced to move to client location. I joined in chennai was asked to go to banglore location. Once project is over, no bench, direct layoff. QA management is poor.
