Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? No one will explain you anything but they want you to do everything and the seniors behaviour is like mood swings & everything is done by them they think, work culture is people around you don't know anything & they don't want to learn for stagnant life to be a slave you can join there.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Seniors behaviour, they only wait for defame the people, to step up the ladder only tamilians will be respected and destructive behaviour of management
