Had to work from office because of poor management decisions during the Pandemic. Very less or no hike.

... main thing they deal with insurance project so your knowledge get increased .but salary is not up to mark and as a tester i don’t see much scope over there no automation and nothing systemic.but if you are fresher you can spend 6 month to 1 year experience but not more than that.there is one major drawback if you want to survive over there you have to deal with some people who play really bad politics

Proper training is not provided every time I have to request some one to tell me about current going project ...it’s not my fault If you have project from 4 year and I have joined after 4 year .......proper training should provided.

Never join this company at all.. they will not let you grow plus they won't leave you if you get any better opportunity

Everything.. Especially the management, they will promise something but won't give you that. Fake Promises.
