Salary is less and also career growth is slow. And they only give chances to there friends or their caste peoples and remembers.

Manager and tl is very supportive. Logout time fixe and company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

A major issues in corporate world is politics and salary is ok but career growth opportunities is in very minor numbers.

They don't want to hire new team leaders from out side specially for Mumbai office if the person joined he he giving lots of pressure and insulting shouting on floor whole day in front of All the tele callers and also if someone sick and take leave then he has to Adjust his Week off Full & final policy is very bad he takes 60 working days excluding Saturday Sunday bank holiday i have joined 26th Apr-24 and Last working day 5th-oct-24 today 10th-Dec-24 and i still not received my FNF amount multiple time i raised the query regarding this but no positive response coming all the other people received the FNF amount who left on Same day with me but i still not Received work culture not good no Holiday in any fastival.

Too much pressure and also increases the office hours in the morning and evening both also employee doesn’t have a secure future there they can fired any time without a valid reason like the can LWP ATL and etc without any valid reasons
