...ion of our training on 17 august, I was sent to the floor, from 18 august 2024 . TL started drinking blood, Do PD , give me the offers of personal loan, the target is 10,00,000 RS by 31 August, how will you achieve it, at leave give sometime to new joiner to learn, even they tells us to be professional on call, and they don't have the manners to talk to themselves, the worst company I have worked for, and Premium advice for people in the Paisa Bazaar, you guys work 365 days in a year, but if you continue to provide the same working environment then keep hiring 365 days but your requirement will never be full filled, there are many left employees left daily, at the end I got upset and resigned, I was told that there will be paid training, your salary will start from 10 august, but I did not get anything today, on 31st august 2024, we was told that our salary will be credited on 31st august , for whatever number of days you have worked till 31st august, Please take a free advice , don't waste your money ( Traveling Expense etc.) and time with this company. This company will not give anything to you. but if you can take abuses from people daily, if you can bear this much, then company welcomes you, the rest you are on your own, you all are smart, this company will not give you any salary , even the days you have worked. The benefits:- No job Security Bad working environment Does not give salary No leave just finding reason to how to give ATL to employees.
