There's "office politics" in the company, some people including manager are playing games with the employees and because of that many has left the company. Rather than including politics, there could be a healthy work culture.

I have worked directly with one of the directors of the Pairroxz as a freelance technical content writer for quite a long time. They are good people and very supportive. I never had to worry about my payments. I believe the work culture at the company must be good and productive based on my experience with them first hand. They would never hesitate to help you in any way to enhance your work's output. They never asked me to figure things on my own. Both the founders are patient and understanding.

I've been here since 2014 started my career as an iOS developer. This very good company for freshers as well as less than 2 year experience holder. Work life balance, good working environment.

Dislikes

I have no reason to dislike but I want to say that there is less opportunity or career growth for experience developer having more than 4 year of experience.
