Great oppotunities of growth and worklife balance is quite fine, workload doesn't gets too heavy that you'll have to carry it with yourself to home or on those weekends where you're supposed to rest for more productivity. And also the culture of the company is pretty good.

...ronment even the boss is very short temper and abusive. Very inhumane behaviour. No chance of salary increament. No compensation, provident fund,bonus or other benefit, no leave even one day leave will deduct your salary. You are requested please do not suggest anybody for working in this company.

This is a shop not company. Fake identity shown by them as a manufacturer.

Abusive culture . Short temper boss. Not single leaves. No offer letter. Very cheap people. Boss has beaten their many employees so many times. Boss have devil behavior. They can fire you any time by saying abusive language to you.
