Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

You get paid on 1st of every month. Instead I would say join brueckner India. It is also part of same parent company but they work with ethics and team building.

Politics, growth to person who is close and favourite of HOD, some people take descision for self interest and monetary gains, you would be trained for rules and compliance but hod would twist and turn as per self interest.

It was nice to work with PackSys Global, got nice exposure, working with different areas, European culture as well as different customers world wide. Its complete freedom to take a decision when on site job.
