Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Dislikes

Fake Promises, never given offered salary and incentive after achievement of targets. Only one TL extend the shift till 8 PM from 9:30 AM, rest of TL can leave without completing their shift hour. No leave can given who handle 13M. Manager souting on floor . TL work like a MIS and also they ask manage 50 associate team with proper Productivity. HR is leir and their is so much politics.

Lot of free time specially becoz nothing to learn. its an unorganised company

Nothing to learn, no recognition, poor salary, lot of attrition, no proper management, no hr activities conducted for employee engagement. No office function. No option for refreshments.

They give salary on time. Job portfolio is very peaceful. It's a non targetbase job. Target is 140 connected call everyday which is easily achievable.

Dislikes

They don't give week off. Week off is rotational. They promised that we will get 4 week off per month but they give only 1 or 2 week off per month. Limitless working hours, 10 hours is normal and sometimes 11 hours also. But as per interview working hour should be 9 hours 15 minutes. They don't approve any sick leave. If someone is sick they force him or her to work, otherwise they just tell no need to come from tomorrow.

...is transparent. They giving me some work at home & some days calling at company. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every month during covid-19

Dislikes

There is opportunity is available but career growth is very slow.they don't give any opportunities for next level.
