This is really worst place I have ever worked in. To be honest they provide salary arround rs 7500 per agent , no incentive , and supervisers and hr and whole management is insane ! They are much like gold diggers , they will drive you crazy when they need something and when their need is over they will pretend like they even don't know you । Don't work there if you don't wanna be mad

It is an terrible company.his management is not only always ready to hold the salary of employees to his desire.also digest the salary of employee.totaly fraude company.

Very very horrible management.keep hold salary of employee and also defeat the salary of employees at his desire if that employee are not agry for any kind of persuality.

That's a good company too but some of them r not behave in right way. Also there was no chance for increment.

They don't increase there salary bar but they will push u to do another duties for which u r not hired.

They give salary on time. Job portfolio is very peaceful. It's a non targetbase job. Target is 140 connected call everyday which is easily achievable.

Dislikes

They don't give week off. Week off is rotational. They promised that we will get 4 week off per month but they give only 1 or 2 week off per month. Limitless working hours, 10 hours is normal and sometimes 11 hours also. But as per interview working hour should be 9 hours 15 minutes. They don't approve any sick leave. If someone is sick they force him or her to work, otherwise they just tell no need to come from tomorrow.

My teams mates were good thats the only reason i worked in this company..

...ood(specialy for womens). Managers are not good managers behaviour are not good. Salary is ok but thier is no salary growth. Overall i am not satisfied with this company.
