My teams mates were good thats the only reason i worked in this company..

...ood(specialy for womens). Managers are not good managers behaviour are not good. Salary is ok but thier is no salary growth. Overall i am not satisfied with this company.

It has a Good scope for people who are undergraduate and who just have skill of speech and customer convincing otherwise the timings are not stable nor the salary is according to the target and pressure provided by TLs Week Offs are uncertain and due to which sustaining in Pace is difficult

While joined in this company i feel good one think is that staf members are collabrate with each other ,and dislike means trainer did not given proper information .i faced around 10 clients their information and trainer information what they told totally dismatched.overall i feeled average..thank you .

...nt but given information is not good.as well as woking environment i feel good .getting salary 9k its very poor atleast increase 1500 they feel good

Work culture was good. Satisfying training . Give chance's to improve yourself.

Not giving incentive , lots of politics, not giving chance to growth in Career . Salary is less for experienced people also.not giving any benifit.

They give salary on time. Job portfolio is very peaceful. It's a non targetbase job. Target is 140 connected call everyday which is easily achievable.

Dislikes

They don't give week off. Week off is rotational. They promised that we will get 4 week off per month but they give only 1 or 2 week off per month. Limitless working hours, 10 hours is normal and sometimes 11 hours also. But as per interview working hour should be 9 hours 15 minutes. They don't approve any sick leave. If someone is sick they force him or her to work, otherwise they just tell no need to come from tomorrow.
