Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Work Atmosphere is good but HR Management is very poor, not providing Salary Slip . Director is to Good Person specially Mr.Vivek Shoor they are solving problems of the employee instant of HR team.they also not providing any gradvaty .

Company Employees are so good people allway helping to freshers employee. Specially Sumedha Mam and all employee is to good .most hardworking person in Pace Business Machine Mr.Vishwas All rounder.
