Process and hierarchy is not properly planned. As we are working remotely it is very difficult to understand people and their mindset, very difficult to get KT's.

I like the work culture and the job security i have with this company. I also like that they are constantly trying to improve their company policies and are also open to listen.

I don't as such dislike anything about the company, it's just that they need to have a better in team structure is what i feel. Things are all over the place at times.

As long as you are getting work done no one questions. People will help you if you get stuck anywhere & anyone is reachable in Teams even the CEO. You wont feel guilty while taking leaves.

The management should increase the Number of Sick leaves per year. It’s only 3.
