I only like about the company is that work is very less as compare to the time and position of the company is very far from Delhi, Faridabad living people.

Dislikes

Very less salary as compare to the work and no appraisals at all. One more thing which is the most important concern is that company lies deep inside the village where hardly any auto goes.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . The work pressure is little high.some times have to work 10 to 12 hours straight in a days

Can learn how to work under pressure. Follow up work is much.

...not provide training bt wll ask for output. Too much Pressure. Job security nil. Salary average, too much politics. Lala based company. Working atmosphere nil.

... 3- Third thing I dislike employees do not take any ownership of work. And this all because of MD Sir involvement in daily routine works and their policies to deduct money from salary if any mistake happens from any employee.

I like working at p r ,there process as well as working with staff because they are cooperative and so familiar with each other.

Dislikes

There's management as well as canteen facilities I really don't like it.
