I only like about the company is that work is very less as compare to the time and position of the company is very far from Delhi, Faridabad living people.

Dislikes

Very less salary as compare to the work and no appraisals at all. One more thing which is the most important concern is that company lies deep inside the village where hardly any auto goes.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . The work pressure is little high.some times have to work 10 to 12 hours straight in a days

No body resist here more than 6 months. Old employees hv politics. Md gv too much pressure and even not clear about his instructions and system is very poor. Family interface too much. Increment 2-3%. Losses recovered by employees salary.

1- I dislike most the HR team specially current HR manager is dump there. He has no policies in favor of employees. He is actually remote controlled HR Manager. Even he neither take any decision for employees favor nor he can give good suggestions to Top management for employees' welfare. He is actually not capable of that position. 2- Second thing I disliked most is MD Sir there is very hard worker and sincere and also always ready to adopt new innovations & Technologies. But he has no trust on employees and he is involved even in daily routine works of executive level. Which is very terrible part which makes that company a stressful work place. And it is also not good for a growing company which almost closed near 100 crore last year. 3- Third thing I dislike employees do not take any ownership of work<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
