Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good for learning mechanical aspects, good exposure for gaining knowledge Different manufacturing processes like Cnc turning, Gear hobbing/shaping, Milling, Centerless grinding & HT exposure under one shed. Supportive Management

Dislikes

Work-pressure more sometimes, Canteen facility need to be improved. Higher Management involvement a bit more.
