The HRs of the company would try to be really sweet with you but the moment you turn your back, they start with the most rubbish things they can talk about you. The worst part is Senior manager of the HR department laughs on these racist jokes passed by her team. The people will claim to be in long term relationships but will hold someone else's hand and will do couple dance with someone else in the office party. In your induction, you will be told to be in office between 9am- 10am but the HR would come at her sweet time whether is 10:30 or 11. the policies change if you are a bootlicker and would keep doing Ma'am ma'am the whole day.

Zero Job Stability Person come and go in merely 2 to 3 months. Product very slow moving. Quality issues in product thus hampering your own image in market. Lots of effort still business not growing.

They are much aggressive for the growth the way promotional activities are happening.But hand in hand Should have to focus to improve and strengthen the After sales service part to be the leader in domain which is still missing.
