The HRs of the company would try to be really sweet with you but the moment you turn your back, they start with the most rubbish things they can talk about you. The worst part is Senior manager of the HR department laughs on these racist jokes passed by her team. The people will claim to be in long term relationships but will hold someone else's hand and will do couple dance with someone else in the office party. In your induction, you will be told to be in office between 9am- 10am but the HR would come at her sweet time whether is 10:30 or 11. the policies change if you are a bootlicker and would keep doing Ma'am ma'am the whole day....Read More

Zero Job Stability Person come and go in merely 2 to 3 months. Product very slow moving. Quality issues in product thus hampering your own image in market. Lots of effort still business not growing.

Company culture and conveyance part is very good, it is same like MNC's. But Ozone secutech division is not great, that division deals with Digital locks and digital safes. With that products we cannot able to achieve the targets, company owner is a great man providing all good facilities to employees. Through that division company cannot able to achieve revenue. If revenue is not there then job security is also affect. So as per my suggestion, if anyone plans to join in Ozone then try to Join Ozone glassage division only, don't join Ozone secutech division....Read More
