Salary and Appraisal are poor, remuneration not on time. Need to wait until 7-10 of each month. Teammates never want to grow and speak very rudely with the person on phone.

Slow Growth Transfer anywhere anytime No work life balance Not worried about issues only some staff supporting to his employee like friends and family members Not a organized company No trust on employee, promoter and staff Lot of unwanted process Office reporting time is fix but over time not in hand

1) Lala mentality Management 2) Head of Supply chain was actually null in technical skills of Inventory management and team management. 3) Managers/heads don’t know how to talk/behave with their team 4) they had that mentality if u are working more than official working hrs than only you are working otherwise you don’t have work. 5) No job security is there. 6) Female employee who are close to Lala are going to get more promotional and financial benefits than other employees.

...t and rapid growth. They guide me and provide training for each and every thing. I got promotion in 3 years and good salary hike as well.

Have not had any negative experience.
